Cod fish cake

Baby's dinner of Cod Fish Cakes with broccoli. The texture is soft and the yam made it more creamy. The black pepper was a new introduction and I am glad that she accepted it.


Cod Fish Cakes
Ingredient
1 Cod fish (steam and flaked)
1 tbsp baby oat
1 Potato (steam and mashed)
Small chunk of Carrot (steam and mashed)
Small chunk of Yam (steam and mashed)
1/2 small onion
1 clove of Garlic
Some Spring onion 
1/8 tsp Black pepper
Pinch of Oregano


Method 
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and form into patties.

Bake the patties for 20 min at 180 degrees Or until brown . You can choose to pan fry too.

For this cod fish cake,  I intended it to be more mushy so the amount of baby oat is only 1 tbsp, you can choose to add more for a firm texture.
