Potato in Cheese Sauce

Another easy and fuss free meal that I whip up after a late night in the office.

Potato in Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
1 potato (steamed and sliced)
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 tbsp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp corn flour (for thickening)
1/4 tsp Basil leaves
Pinch of black pepper
Olive oil

Method
Heat olive oil in a pan and add in garlic. Once it starts to fragrance, add in milk and potato and let it simmer for a while.

Add in cheddar , basil and pepper to taste and mix well.  If the sauce is too watery, stir in corn flour to thicken it.

Once the potato slices are well coated, serve warm.
