Was cracking my brain as to what to prepare for both hubby and baby and decided to disguise healthy oats in a banana loaded batter. Hahahah, that's one good way to make hubs eat healthy too! No sugar, no oil, no salt!
Fluffy Banana Oat Pancakes (makes 10 small pancakes)
Ingredients
1 egg
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp fresh milk
5 tbsp oat powder
3 tbsp plain flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of nutmeg
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well into a batter.
Scoop the batter and cook in a non stick pan at medium heat. Flip it to ensure even browning.
Serve with fruits or youghurt .
These are so yummy that I did not even top it with maple syrup for hubs.
Here's lil sunshine tearing up the pancakes into smaller bits without my help. My little girl is growing up so fast!
