Stir fry Shiitake Mushroom with Vegetables

A simple "meaty" dish and healthy dish that is done within 15 min.



Stir Fry Shiitake Mushroom & Vegetables

Ingredients 
3 shiitake mushrooms (chopped)
Handful of xiao bai cai
Some carrot (shredded)
1/2 small onion (chopped)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
Some water 
Oil


Method 
Add garlic and onion to heated oil and stir fry till it is fragrant. Add in mushroom and carrot and a little water to soften the mushroom. Mix well and when the mushroom is almost done,add in the xiao bai cai and stir fry till everything is well cooked. Add more water while cooking if it turns too dry.


Serve with rice for a simple yummy meal. The garlic, onion and shiitake mushroom creates a nice rich flavour that requires no seasoning at all.

    The xiao bai cai when cook is only using the leaves not the stem right?

  2. Hi, I'm using Naturel premium canola and sunflower oil usually but I do use olive oil at times.

    As for Xiao bai cai, I will cook all together and just cut out the leaves for LO . I will finish the stems.
